ADMISSIONS FOR RECEPTION

SEPTEMBER 2022 ENTRY

(for children born between 1 September 2017 and 31 August 2018)

Tuesday 19 April is National Offer Day for Reception places for September 2022. Families will be notified by their home Local Authority of the offer of a school place on the day. Please see the London Borough of Lambeth’s Admissions page linked HERE for more information. Residents of other boroughs should visit their own Local Authority’s website for details.

On Wednesday 20 April, Van Gogh Primary will write to those applicants who applied to the school who have either:

a)    been offered a place at Van Gogh Primary, or

b)    have not been offered a place and have not been offered a school listed as a higher preference on their Common Application Form

Van Gogh Primary will not write to families who have been offered a school listed as a higher preference on their Common Application Form.

In line with Local Authority guidelines, the school will not be able to communicate with families about offers until you have received correspondence from the Local Authority and from Van Gogh Primary. The correspondence contains information about accepting offers and, for those not offered a place, about the waiting list and appeals. Please wait until you have received this information before contacting us with any queries.

Late applications may still be submitted. Please refer to our Admissions Policy for information about the process.
