COVID-19 Positive Test Reporting
If your child has developed COVID-19 symptoms (high temperature, continuous cough, loss of taste and/or smell) and then tested positive for COVID-19, it is important to notify the school as soon as possible to enable us to contact the families of any children and staff, within that bubble.
Please contact us by emailing: covidreporting@vangoghprimary.org.uk
Please add as many details as possible including:
- Your child's full name
- Your child's class and/or teacher
- Date when your child tested positive
- Date when your child first showed symptoms
